Why compressed air data is different from compressor FAD data

Compressed air consumption is the air needed to enter PSA adsorption towers. It is at standard condition as 101.325 KPa and 0/20 ℃ temperature. Compressor FAD requirement is influenced by site altitude, temperature range,etc.

What information should I provide to get a quote

How many cubic meter per hour flow rate, what maximum oxygen content is allowed and how many bars outlet pressure requirements are needed to decide the size and cost.

Whether your engineer is needed to visit overseas site for installation

As every machine is tested qualified before delivery, and they are on skids, normally there is no need for our engineer to site. If you do need our engineer to visit site, it is also ok.

How many days are your lead time

60 days is the ordinary lead time for our products. Should you have special requirements such as need ASME certification, CE certification,etc, the lead time is slightly longer.

After how many years, the molecular sieve need to be replaced

With Gamma Gas big flange tower structure, snow storm sieve filling method, gas speed control technology,etc, within 10 years, there is no need to replace molecular sieve.
