Why choose a 99.5% purity nitrogen generator for gas lift oil recovery?

In oil production, as oil well depths increase and formation pressures decrease, traditional natural flow or mechanical oil recovery methods gradually become insufficient to meet the needs for efficient production. At this point, gas lift oil recovery technology, with its advantages of energy efficiency, high efficiency, and strong adaptability, becomes one of the important means to improve recovery rates.

The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generation system delivered this time is designed to produce 2800 Nm³/hr of nitrogen with a purity of 99.5%, fully meeting the continuous and stable gas supply demands of the oilfield site.
