Why choose a 99.5% purity nitrogen generator for gas lift oil recovery?
In oil production, as oil well depths increase and formation pressures decrease, traditional natural flow or mechanical oil recovery methods gradually become insufficient to meet the needs for efficient production. At this point, gas lift oil recovery technology, with its advantages of energy efficiency, high efficiency, and strong adaptability, becomes one of the important means to improve recovery rates.
Injecting high-purity nitrogen as the gas lift medium can not only effectively reduce bottom-hole flowing pressure and increase crude oil production, but also avoid corrosion, waxing, and safety hazards caused by oxygen or other impurity gases, thereby significantly enhancing operational safety and economic efficiency.
In the past, membrane nitrogen generation systems were an important gas source equipment for oilfield gas lift oil recovery. The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generation system delivered this time is designed to produce 2800 Nm³/hr of nitrogen with a purity of 99.5%, fully meeting the continuous and stable gas supply demands of the oilfield site.
