Brief Summary of Trade Show Activities in 2024

As we wrap up another exciting year, please allow me to share with you our brief review of our 2024 trade show participation across China.

Our focus has been unwavering in demonstrating our advanced PSA nitrogen generators, emphasizing their superior energy efficiency and sustainable operations. Our presence at these industry events underscores our dedication to market expansion and technological innovation. Based on the feedback from these trade shows, more and more partners now know that Gamma Gas 99.99%~99.999 % purity PSA nitrogen generators have the lowest compressed air consumption in the world. This is a big improvement in our PSA nitrogen generation industry.

This was our first trade show in China in 2024. It provided an ideal platform to introduce our energy-efficient nitrogen generation solutions to partners in the western China market and for Central Asian, and West Asian countries.

Companies in the Xinjiang oil exploitation business were extremely interested in our containerized PSA nitrogen generators. Our 99.5% purity, 2400 Nm3/hr containerized PSA nitrogen generator becomes the ideal replacement for expensive membrane nitrogen generators for the secondary oil recovery process.

Customers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, etc. were impressed by our multiple-tower 99.999% purity, 200 Nm3/hr nitrogen generator, and realized it is a good solution for height-limited train transportation. With our multiple-tower design, the nitrogen flow requirement of more than 1000 Nm3/hr is no longer a headache.

Shifting our focus to Southern China, Gamma Gas participated in the PCIM Trade Show in Shenzhen, a hub for advanced manufacturing. Our presence at this prestigious event underscored the relevance of our high-purity nitrogen generation technology to the region's thriving electronics and semiconductor industry.

Protective nitrogen gas is widely used in producing electronics and semiconductors, silicon devices, power conversion, electric vehicles, and smart grid networks. Reliable nitrogen supply plays an important role in producing silicon nitride (SN) and gallium nitride (GaN) related products.

The operational reliability and energy-saving performance of Gamma Gas GNC, GNV series PSA onsite nitrogen generators make our machine the ideal replacement for third-party liquid nitrogen supply. It not only saves more than 50% on nitrogen consumption costs but also eliminates all the disadvantages of liquid nitrogen purchase.

Comvac Asia 2024 was a significant event in the compressor industry and for our PSA nitrogen generator manufacturers. It not only showcased the latest technologies, products, and services in the compressor sector but also provided a golden chance for compressed air service companies to realize that adding PSA nitrogen oxygen generator into their business scope is convenient and profitable.

Air compressor manufacturers are trying to produce more compressed air with the same power consumption, it is easy for them to understand that PSA nitrogen generator manufacturers are trying to reduce the compressed air consumption to produce the same flow rate and same purity of nitrogen gas. When they noticed that our 99.999% purity, 200 Nm3/hr flow PSA nitrogen generator only uses one 75 kw air compressor, they knew a good partner was found to extend their business from compressed air supply, air treatment to onsite nitrogen oxygen generation.

In this trade show, Gamma Gas established contacts with customers from Russia, South Korea, India, Iran, and many other countries. OEM, distribution, and service centers business modes were discussed for future cooperation.

The year 2024 was an important marketing year for Gamma Gas. In the year 2025, with the collaboration of our overseas partners, Gamma Gas energy-saving PSA nitrogen oxygen generators will reach more end users to save their operation costs.
